Tee Time Reservations Overview
You can make reservations for tee times at a golf course from this web site. By clicking on the information icon, you can also see information about the course, check the current weather at the course, and get directions.

Payment is made through a secure interface - the same kind of security used by financial web sites - with a credit card. Your credit card will serve as the guarantee for the tee time. Final payment will be made at the golf course when you check in. Rates posted on the website are subject to applicable taxes.

After you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message indicating your reservation date, time and confirmation number. If you need to cancel your guaranteed tee time reservation, you must do so using the "To cancel a tee time" option on the website, and must do so within the timeframe defined by the course.  Failure to cancel the tee time prior to the cancellation deadline, or not showing up for your guaranteed tee time, will result in the course charging your credit card for the green fees and applicable taxes associated with the tee time reserved.

Entering Payment Information and Guaranteeing Your Tee Time

Your credit card will serve as the guarantee for the tee time. Therefore, you will need to use a valid credit card and enter your billing information. All payment and customer information is entered through a secure (SSL) interface - the same kind of security used by financial web sites.

The actual green fee, plus applicable taxes, is due upon arrival at the golf course, with terms of cancellation dependent on the course's policy. Final payment for green fees and other charges will be made at the golf course when you check in.

Enter all requested information. If any necessary information is omitted, you will be prompted for the missing information before being allowed to continue.

NOTE: if you have an e-mail address, please enter it since a confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you enter.  Your e-mail address will remain confidential, and will only be used for communication from the GolfBC Group.

By accepting this Agreement you:

(1) authorize GolfSwitch to transmit your name, address, E-mail address and credit card information to the golf course at which you make each such reservation; and
(2) acknowledge that the course's operators may use your credit card to guarantee the reservation.


The golf course you selected requires advance notice before day of play for any cancellation, which you may furnish either by following the tee time cancellation procedure on this site or by contacting the course directly. If you do not cancel your reservation in accordance with the course cancellation policy, the course may charge your credit card the entire green fees plus applicable taxes for all rounds reserved.

Although GolfSwitch is using its most reasonable effort to provide an Internet reservation system for customers desiring to reserve rounds at golf courses participating in its network, you understand that GolfSwitch is providing its reservation service "as is" without making any warranties of any kind, including any express warranties and the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law. GolfSwitch's maximum liability for any damages that you may suffer or that may result from your use of the reservation system will not exceed the aggregate booking fee paid for the reservation owing rise to the damages. In no event will GolfSwitch or any of its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental or any such damages or for lost profits of any kind, even if apprised of the possibility of any such damages.
